1. Can I color my extensions?
Yes, all our extensions can be colored. We only offer 100% virgin hair. That has not been chemically processed. However, once the hair is treated in any way it is no longer virgin. Therefore, we highly recommend that you color your hair by a licensed professional.
2. How long does the extensions last?
With good care extensions can last up to 1-2 years of longer.
  • Sleep in a silk bonnet /scarf.
  • Use a light organ oil 1-2 times a week.
  • Shampoo extensions every 3-4 weeks while installed.
  • Use heat protectant before using curlers/flat iron on extensions.
  • For body wave and straight brush daily.
  • Shampoo with COOL WATER cleansing with sulfate free products. (Recommended Tresemme, Dove Repair
  • 3. How many bundles will I need? For a full traditional sew-in 3 bundles are recommended. When using a frontal or closure 2-3 bundles can be used depending on preference. However, if you get 20 inches or longer, you should consider getting 4 or more bundles.Keep in mind the longer the inches the shorter the bundles.
4. How long is shipping?
Our processing time is 3-7 business days (M-F). Shipping 3-7 business days. Please not Saturday and Sunday is not a business day.  Orders will not be processed during National Holidays. After purchasing Ready To Wear Wigs and/ Bundles All tracking numbers will be emailed once order is placed. We ship hair daily so it may take the full 7 business days to process your order. Shaluxxe Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters weather delays, or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN UPON DELIVERY.
May items are lost or stolen the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund. The customer must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.
6.Can I change my order?
 Unfortunately orders Can Not be changed after an order is submitted.
